ops.bd is operated by marketsync global ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it. Registered address is available on request from legal@ops.bd.

To operate the service, authenticate you, run workflows you configure, generate agent recommendations, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Contract performance (delivering the service), legitimate interest (product reliability, security), and consent (marketing communications, where applicable).

Account data is retained for the life of the account plus 30 days. Operational data is retained per your tenant's configured retention window. Backup snapshots roll off within 35 days. You can request earlier deletion at legal@ops.bd.

A full list is at /legal/subprocessors. In summary, we use managed cloud hosting, a managed database, an authentication provider, an AI inference gateway, and transactional email/scraping/spreadsheet connectors that you explicitly enable.

Data may be processed in the United States and the European Union, subject to standard contractual clauses where applicable.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email legal@ops.bd to exercise these rights.
