Terms of Service

By using ops.bd ("the service") you agree to these terms with marketsync global ltd ("we", "us"). If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You will not: (a) use the service to violate law or third-party rights; (b) attempt to breach isolation, rate limits, or authentication controls; (c) reverse engineer non-open components; (d) use AI features to generate content that violates provider policies; (e) resell the service without written permission.

You retain ownership of your workspace data and connector credentials. You grant us the minimum license required to operate and improve the service. We will not use your operational data to train third-party models.

Free-tier limits are published on /pricing. Paid plans are billed per the plan you select. You are responsible for taxes.

We target high availability but do not commit to a contractual SLA on the current tier. Formal SLAs are available on enterprise contracts.

The service integrates with third parties you enable (Firecrawl, Resend, Google Sheets, Stripe, AI providers). You are responsible for accepting their terms.

You may terminate at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate for material breach or non-payment, with notice where practical.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice before taking effect.
